My wife and I prepared a continental breakfast for the members of a visiting choir. It was a pretty large group of over 200 teenagers. For some reason they all did not choose an apple. There were plenty of gorgeous Red Delicious apples remaining when the meal was over. "What are we going to do with all of these extra apples?" she wondered.
